This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations applicable to all services provided by D Margs Digital Marketing ("DMARGS"). We encourage clients to read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
All DMARGS services are bespoke and begin with immediate resource allocation upon payment. As such, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Work Commences: Cancellations made within 48 hours of payment and before any work has begun are eligible for a full refund.
- After Work Has Commenced: If the project has begun, cancellations are subject to a pro-rata charge for work completed. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Retainer Agreements: Monthly retainer contracts require 30 days' written notice for cancellation. Services and billing continue through the notice period.
- Mid-Project Cancellation: For ongoing campaigns, DMARGS will provide a transition report and handover of all completed assets upon cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Eligible if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of advance payment and no work has started.
- Partial Refund: If work has commenced, a refund will be issued for the portion of work not yet completed, minus any third-party costs already incurred (ad spend, tool subscriptions, etc.).
- No Refund: No refund is applicable once a project milestone has been delivered and approved by the client, or for services fully rendered.
- Ad Spend: Funds allocated to third-party advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) are non-refundable once deployed.
3. Refund Process
- Submit refund requests to info@dmargs.com with your project details and reason.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment (INR, USD, or GBP).
4. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first. DMARGS is committed to resolving issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
